My daughter plays tennis. The positive mantra or affirmations during yoga cross-training helps her to calm her down.
What makes physical movement fast and strong? The executive function in the brain, the mind controls it. Why don't we convince our minds that we can do?

<Mantra>
I increase the strength in myself
-I will hit the ball faster.
I increase flexibility in myself.
-My steps will be bigger to reach the ball.
I increase the oxygen level.
-You have the stamina to finish the match with your peak strength.
I can focus.
-I will capture the opponent's move and ball faster.
I can balance.
-I am more stable to react to anything.
I increase the range of motions.
-I reach for the ball better.
Now I have gained speed and power. The dormant power within me has awakened. I can access the power anytime I ask for it.
