Yoga isn't all about Asana, physical yoga poses we know. The wisdom to manage our difficult life is everywhere in yoga practice. Yoga sutra of Patanjali 1.33 guides us in the simple four ways to communicate with people. If we can follow through it, our mind retains the undisturbed calmness.

“By cultivating attitudes of friendliness toward the happy, compassion for the unhappy, delight in the virtuous, and disregard toward the wicked, the mind-stuff retains its undisturbed calmness.” --Yoga Sutra 1.33 Patanjali
This was found in Japanese/Chinese in 4 letters. : "慈悲喜捨"
慈:friendliness toward the happy
悲:compassion for the unhappy
喜:delight in the virtuous
捨:disregard toward the wicked
We intuitively react to other people's behavior and comments without any guidance. The reaction often times escalates the counterpart's emotion and we land in the place we didn't intend to be. The guidance is simple but deep to fully execute it in our daily life without training and discipline.
Knowing what is the principle of communication is the first step. We can start building on it.
